PMS is an SMS personal-assistant service operated by Lucas Nilsson as a sole proprietor. It exchanges text messages between a subscriber who has opted in and the program's phone number, +1 (903) 414-5343, which is rented from Twilio. This policy describes what the program collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.
The program stores a subscriber's mobile phone number (entered optionally on the sign-up form at https://lnilsson.cc and confirmed by text), the email address used to create the account, the record of their opt-in consent, the content of text messages exchanged between that number and the program's number, the time each message was sent or received, and delivery status information provided by the carrier. Messages from phone numbers that have not opted in are discarded and not stored.
Message content is used solely to reply to the subscriber and to keep the subscriber's own private notes, to-dos, expenses, and reminders. The phone number is used solely to deliver those replies and requested reminders. Data is stored on the operator's own computer. It is not sold, rented, or used for advertising or marketing of any kind.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Message content passes through Twilio, the carrier of the program's phone number, only as required to transmit it, and through the AI service that generates replies only as required to generate them; neither is permitted to use it for marketing.
Text messaging is optional and is never a condition of creating an account or using the service. A subscriber consents by checking the separate, unchecked-by-default text-message consent box on the sign-up form at https://lnilsson.cc and confirming by texting START to the program's number. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP to any message; one final confirmation is sent and nothing more. Replying HELP returns a short help message with the support contact.
Messages are kept as part of the subscriber's own records and are deleted on request by text or call to +1 (903) 414-5343. The program runs on the operator's computer; incoming messages are accepted only from opted-in numbers and only when they carry a valid carrier signature.
