PMS (personal assistant text messaging) · Effective 3 September 2026
PMS is a personal, single-user assistant operated by its owner, Lucas Nilsson, for their own use. It sends and receives SMS text messages between the owner and a phone number rented from Twilio. There are no customers, subscribers, or other end users: the owner is the only person who ever sends or receives messages through this program.
The program stores the owner's mobile phone number (entered by the owner into the program's configuration), the content of text messages exchanged between that number and the program's number, the time each message was sent or received, and delivery status information provided by the carrier. No information is collected from anyone other than the owner. Messages from any phone number other than the owner's are discarded and not stored.
Message content is used solely to reply to the owner and to keep the owner's own private notes, journal, and reminders. The phone number is used solely to deliver those replies. Data is stored on the owner's own computer. It is not sold, rented, or used for advertising or marketing of any kind.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Message content passes through Twilio, the carrier of the program's phone number, only as required to transmit it, and through the AI service that generates replies only as required to generate them; neither is permitted to use it for marketing.
The owner consents by entering their own number into the program's configuration and by texting the program's number first. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP to any message or by removing the number from the configuration. Replying HELP returns a short help message.
Messages are kept for as long as the owner chooses to keep their own records and can be deleted by the owner at any time. The program runs on the owner's computer; incoming messages are accepted only from the owner's number and only when they carry a valid carrier signature.
This policy may be updated by the owner at any time; the effective date above will change accordingly. Questions: text or call the program's number, +1 (903) 414-5343, or reach the owner at the contact address on file with the messaging provider.
