Program: PMS (personal assistant text messaging) · Effective 3 September 2026
PMS is a personal, single-user assistant operated by its owner, Lucas Nilsson, for their own use. When the owner texts the program's phone number, the program replies by text; when the owner asks it to, it sends the owner a reminder by text. The owner is the only recipient. No messages are sent to anyone else, and messages from any other number are ignored.
By entering their mobile number into the program's configuration and by texting the program's number, the owner agrees to receive SMS messages from the program at that number.
Message frequency varies with use. A reply may arrive as several short texts. There is no recurring schedule unless the owner sets one up.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by the owner's mobile carrier under the owner's own plan.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. The program will send one final confirmation and then no further messages. Consent can also be withdrawn by removing the number from the program's configuration.
Reply HELP to any message for help. Support contact: text or call the program's number, +1 (903) 414-5343, or reach the owner at the contact address on file with the messaging provider.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major US carriers.

These terms may be updated by the owner at any time; the effective date above will change accordingly.
