PMS is an SMS personal-assistant service. A subscriber texts the program's number, +1 (903) 414-5343, with a note, expense, task, or reminder request, and the program replies by text. When a subscriber asks for a reminder, the program texts that reminder at the time they asked for. Messages are sent only to subscribers who have opted in, and contain only direct replies to the subscriber's own texts and reminders the subscriber requested. There is no marketing or promotional content.
Text messaging is optional. An account is created at https://lnilsson.cc with an email address, and every feature is available in the web app without text messaging. A person opts in to text messages only by also entering a mobile number and checking a separate consent box that is unchecked by default and reads: "Yes, text me. I agree to receive recurring automated text messages from PMS (Lucas Nilsson) at the mobile number above. These are replies to the texts I send PMS (confirming a note, expense, or task I logged) and reminders I ask PMS to send. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of creating an account or of any purchase." Agreeing to these Terms does not constitute consent to text messages. The person then confirms by texting START to +1 (903) 414-5343 from that number and receives a one-time confirmation message. Texts from numbers that have not opted in are ignored.
Message frequency varies with use. A reply may arrive as several short texts. There is no recurring schedule unless the subscriber sets one up by asking for a reminder.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by the subscriber's mobile carrier under the subscriber's own plan.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. The program will send one final confirmation and then no further messages. Text START to the same number to opt back in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major US carriers.
How information is collected and used is described in the Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
These terms may be updated by the operator at any time; the effective date above will change accordingly.
